The Golden State Warriors Game 4 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers felt special. It required yet another comeback, and yet two more spectacular performances from Steph Curry and Draymond Green.
Perhaps most importantly, it bought the Warriors 10 days of rest for the tired legs of Curry, Green, and Klay Thompson, and for the injured legs of Kevin Durant, Andre Iguodala, and DeMarcus Cousins.
Here’s another episode of the Waking Up With the Warriors podcast, where I recap the exciting Game 4. This one ran a little long - about 18 minutes - so it’s for those of you who have commutes.
But Game 4 was a game worth reliving, and in case you missed it, the Warriors are headed to the NBA Finals. For the fifth year in a row.
