As we patiently await for the winner of the Eastern Conference Finals, Thomas Bevilacqua and I took some time to reflect on the journey that was the Western Conference playoffs through the lens of the Golden State Warriors dynasty.
We discussed the differences between the Kevin Durant-led offense and the Splash Bros-led assault. We touched on how painful it was to see Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum go down in flames. We also reflected on how neither Eastern Conference team scares us if we have a healthy KD available, although that is a big question mark for sure.
If you need some hilarious Warriors-centric talk before the Finals begin, this is a good listen for ya. Also, at the time of the recording, the ECF was tied at two apiece. Who knew that Milwaukee would lose three straight games to a hobbled Kawhi Leonard-led Toronto Raptors squad with Drake cheerleading from the sidelines?
