Golden State Warriors legend Andre Iguodala joined “The Breakfast Club” show to promote his new book “The Sixth Man”.
He went in depth on a variety of topics with his usual witty brilliance and wry sense of humor, including the jealousy NBA players have of Stephen Curry, how the Warriors organization dealt with Kevin Durant’s injury, and making the transition from basketball player to tech mogul.
One of the more curious moments during the free flowing conversation was when he was asked about former Warriors head coach, Mark Jackson. Iguodala called Jackson one of his favorite coaches of all time and got into a real deep dive over the reasoning behind his firing.
He was asked about whether or not he felt Jackson was blackballed from coaching; and he immediately affirmed it.
I don't think Andre is correct here. If the league wanted Mark out of prominent positions due to his views, he wouldn't be on the NBA's biggest broadcast partner, talking to a TV audience of 20 million people https://t.co/RUdC4NGBwp

Now I’ll be honest, whether you love Pastor Mark or hate him, I never really thought about a conspiracy against him by owners to keep him from working again! That’s wild. If you need a refresher on Coach Jackson’s tenure, or don’t know what the heck Iguodala is talking about, check out GSoM’s video on the subject below!
