The Golden State Warriors continue to tinker with their roster in the post-Kevin Durant era, bringing back guard Damion Lee to the Bay.

The Drexel product is a guard who averaged 4.9 points per game in 32 games during the 2018-2019 season for the Dubs. He’s shown flashes of being a guy who can generate offense from three-point range, shooting 39% from beyond the arc on the year. He dropped a season high 20 points on the New Orleans Pelicans in April, but did not make the playoff roster.

He’s also the brother-in-law to the greatest point guard in the game, Stephen Curry, after marrying Steph’s sister Sydel. Hopefully the Curry family is imparting all their magical shooting tips to Lee, as super sniper Klay Thompson is predicted miss extended time recovering his ACL surgery.

If Lee can step his game up and bolster the Warriors’ youth movement, the West will have another reason to be terrified of the reigning, defending conference champions.
