The Golden State Warriors have released their preseason schedule for the 2019-20 season, and they play the Los Angeles Lakers. A lot. A lot.
The five-time defending Western Conference champs will have five preseason games, and four of them will come against LeBron James and Anthony Davis’ squad. The fifth will be against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

No word yet on the broadcast schedule for these games, but it’s safe to say a few of them will be nationally televised, and the rest will be on NBC Sports Bay Area.
It’s bizarre that the Warriors and Lakers play each other so much, but so it goes. Maybe they just really miss Quinn Cook and DeMarcus Cousins.
After wrapping up the preseason, the Warriors will have five days off before opening the season on Thursday, October 24, against the Los Angeles Clippers.
