The Golden State Warriors are visiting the Boston Celtics tonight at 5:00 p.m. PT on TNT, in a game that is sure to be fun and satisfying if you’re a Celtics fan.
If you’re a Warriors fan . . . well, hey, it’s basketball. We all love basketball, right?
It’s a new era for the Warriors, as Alec Burks will be rocking No. 20 on his jersey for the first time. Burks is making the rare in-season jersey swap in honor of Kobe Bryant, who famously wore Burks’ prior number, No. 8.
And if you’re wondering: No, there’s no reason behind the new number.
when asked why he picked No. 20, Burks just said it was the new number he picked. no reason. https://t.co/s5DrCjUYl9

The Celtics will likely have some pep in their step for the home contest. Prior to tipoff, the NBA will officially announce the reserves for the 2020 All-Star Game. The Celtics, who already have Kemba Walker as an All-Star starter, will see forward Jayson Tatum get his first All-Star nod.

East: Jimmy Butler, Kyle Lowry, Ben Simmons, Khris Middleton, Jayson Tatum, Bam Adebayo, Domas Sabonis
West: Damian Lillard, Donovan Mitchell, Nikola Jokic, Rudy Gobert, Brandon Ingram, Russell Westbrook, Chris Paul
So it’s two All-Stars vs. none. Not great odds.
But then again . . .
