After playing seven straight home games, the Golden State Warriors hit the road for a matchup against the Denver Nuggets.

The Dubs are coming off a disappointing loss to the Indiana Pacers that saw them struggle to put the ball in the basket in the fourth quarter. Golden State was outscored 19-7 over the final 5:45 in the 104-95 defeat.

Opposing teams have been using different defensive schemes to slow down Stephen Curry. The Pacers used the seldom-seen box-and-1 against the Warriors, and previous teams have been trapping the two-time MVP. Head coach Steve Kerr said he would try and implement more offensive sets to counter the defense.

It will also be interesting to see how rookie James Wiseman matches up with Nuggets’ All-Star Nikola Jokic. The rookie has fallen off a bit over the last two games after getting in early foul trouble.
