Game 6 of the regular season is about to tip-off as the Golden State Warriors face off against the Oklahoma City Thunder tonight in San Francisco at 5:30pm on NBC Sports Bay Area.
The Warriors winning streak came to an end this past Thursday after an overtime loss to the Memphis Grizzlies, 101-104. It was a sloppy game where the team turned the ball over 22 times so look for them to try to clean that up tonight. The Thunder, on the other hand, are coming off a big win against the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday — beating them with a final score of 123-115.
Golden State and OKC played each other earlier in the week on Tuesday. The Warriors won that matchup 106-98. In that game, the Warriors came out slow in the first half, but played well enough to keep pace with the Thunder. The second half was a different story with the Warriors clamping down on defense and outscoring the Thunder 58-39 to close out the match.
It should be a fun game tonight. Enjoy the basketball Dub Nation. GO WARRIORS!!!
