Game number seven of the season is set to begin as the Golden State Warriors take on the Charlotte Hornets tonight in San Francisco at 7pm on ESPN.

The Warriors come into this game well-rested after a 4-day break between games. They last played against the Oklahoma City Thunder where they won with a score of 106-98. The Charlotte Hornets are coming off a close 110-113 loss against the Cleveland Cavaliers this past Monday.

Golden State and Charlotte played each other two times last season with the teams splitting the series. The Hornets have won the past 3 out of 4 games against the Warriors, but Golden State won the most recent matchup with a score of 130-121.

The Warriors will be looking to carry the momentum of their previous win while also looking to clean up the turnovers that have plagued them this season. The Hornets bring an interesting challenge to Golden State with 2nd year star point guard LaMelo Ball leading the way. Both teams rank in the top 5 in pace of play according to NBA.com so there should be plenty of scoring opportunities for both teams.

It should be a fun game. Enjoy the basketball Dub Nation. GO WARRIORS!!!
