Every one in Dub Nation is holding their collective breath after Draymond Green exited Saturday’s game between the Golden State Warriors and Brooklyn Nets with an apparent leg injury.
Green was closing out on a shot attempt by former teammate Kevin Durant when he hit the floor, seemingly without contact. He held his knee, and stayed down until play stopped a while later. The Warriors huddled around him, but he thankfully was able to walk off on his own power.
Green walked off on his own power, with a noticeable limp.

It’s worth noting that it was Green’s right knee, and it was just a few games ago that he was questionable due to soreness in his right knee. So the best case scenario is that he aggravated some soreness, rather than suffering a non-contact injury.
But it was a scary sight to see, and safe to say everyone has their fingers crossed that the update from the team is an encouraging one.
