The Golden State Warriors finally got to face a bad opponent in the Houston Rockets, and they finally got to capitalize with a good game in response. Now they’re just hoping it didn’t come at a cost.
Towards the end of the third quarter, superstar Steph Curry took a tumble into the stands, and ended up in a lot of pain. The Warriors announced that he left the game with a tailbone contusion.

Curry was visibly in a lot of pain as he got up. He took himself straight to the locker room. He didn’t return to the game, but that may just have been because the Warriors were comfortably winning.
Landing on your tailbone is excruciatingly painful, even when you don’t do damage, so here’s hoping that it’s nothing serious for Curry. It goes without saying that that’s the absolute last thing that the Warriors can afford right now.
Ice up, Steph, and hopefully we’ll see you Friday.
