The Golden State Warriors play their final game before the All-Star break when they take on the surging Phoenix Suns.
The Dubs have lost two in a row and are coming off a close 108-106 defeat to the Portland Trail Blazers on Wednesday. They haven’t lost three games in a row all season, but that could be the case after tonight’s game.
Stephen Curry and Draymond Green are not expected to play. The Athletic’s Anthony Slater reports that Curry didn’t travel with the team and will get some extra rest before the All-Star break. Green is dealing with a sore ankle and will take the extra recovery day.
It’s not going to be busy for the rest of the Warriors. The Suns are 14-3 over their last 17 games and are inching towards the top of the Western Conference standings.
