The Golden State Warriors kickoff a five-game road trip with a matchup against the struggling Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Dubs are coming off a win over the Denver Nuggets where Stephen Curry dropped 53 points and became the franchise’s all-time leading scorer.

Oklahoma City has lost seven games in a row and has tumbled down the Western Conference standings. The Thunder are just 3-11 over their last 14 outings.

Golden State will be without Kelly Oubre Jr. again. He’s nursing an injured wrist and is considered day-to-day.

The Warriors have an opportunity to climb up the playoff positioning with a softer schedule. This is a game they need to win if they want to try and solidify a position in the top 10 and get into the play-in round.

This will be the first meeting of the season between the two teams, who will play each other three times over the next three weeks.
